This article covers some common settings applicable to all types of campaigns.
1. Basic Settings:
Start and End Date: If you want the campaign to be not visible before a date or after a specific date, you can control it by setting the start and end date's value.
Another way to do it is to <link>activate and deactivate</link> the campaign.
2. General settings: might be different for different campaign types:
Hide from campaign page: Controls if campaign listing on campaign page includes this campaign or not.
Promote other campaigns: If you want to promote any other campaign with this campaign, you can flip this on to select a campaign. It will show up on the donation's options page and success page. Only applicable in online donations scenario.
Post donation form: If you want donors to complete a form (e.g., Registration form), you can add a URL (e.g., link to a google form) here. It will be shown to donors at the successful completion of the transaction. Only available for online donations.
Internal Id for reporting: You can set this value for reporting purposes only if you would like to connect this campaign to any external id you have in your CRM or any external system. This will populate it all donations report.
1. Email Settings:
Optional header: Donors get acknowledgment emails for every completed transaction. Text added here will be added to the top of the email in bold.
Optional footer: Donors get acknowledgment emails for every completed transaction. Text added here will be added to the bottom of the email. You can use simple HTML formatting like <p></p> <br> and <b></b> to format the text.
Emails for notification: You can add one or more email ids here if you like email notification for each completed donation. This is in addition to the donor's acknowledgment.
